BroadPoint, a Washington, DC-based professional services firm serving both commercial and federal clients, is looking for an energetic and accomplished Office Administrator responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational needs of our busy, professional office located in Bethesda, Maryland. Our staff of 75 people includes consultants who work in our offices or onsite with clients, sales and marketing people, and finance professionals. You will be reporting to the Director of Administration who works remote, however your “clients” will include the entire team.
As our Office Administrator, you are at the hub of all activity. Your primary responsibilities include executive support, office management and operational oversight. You could be the ideal candidate if you are an experienced hand at office work (no recent grads . . . please!) and a strong understanding of the importance and value of operational/administrative work in providing a foundation for others to perform their key duties.
