BroadPoint is a certified small business delivering high-quality services and solutions for government organizations across a wide range of technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated Federal Staffing Manager to join our Bethesda-based firm and help us manage and recruit resources for a variety of technology projects across the Federal government. He or she will work directly with senior business development and operations executives, client leaders, and current employee/contractors on all talent acquisition and engagement activities. He or she will play an integral role in helping us win new business and support existing operations.
The heart of this position is managing the Federal staffing process from start to finish, proactively managing the portfolio of positions to ensure a prioritized focus on critical roles. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition – developing and implementing key talent acquisition initiatives to attract, select, and hire quality personnel -- as well as and management -- engaging team members to ensure they remain motivated, happy on their BroadPoint projects.
